What is meditation ?
Meditation is a practice of getting control over your own thoughts. It is a set of techniques which moves your mind to a state of awareness with focused attention. It has a wide number of benefits such as reducing stress level, improving sleep, easing the symptoms of depression, lowering blood pressure, increasing positivity etc. Doing meditation on a regular interval can fully change your life. You can get control on your own thoughts and can change your negative thoughts into positive ones just by doing meditation. I will suggest you to meditate daily for at least 3-5 minutes and then see how your life changes.
Types of meditation
There are various types of meditation. Here I will discuss three types of meditation:-
- Concentrative Meditation :- This type of meditation involves focusing all of your attention on specific object, word or mantra in order to reach a higher state of being.
- Mindfulness Meditation :- This type of meditation involves reducing the number of thoughts coming to your mind and calming your body and mind by breathing deeply and focusing on it.
- Guided Meditation :- In this type of meditation, generally a couch or guide guides you during the meditation. It is mainly done to manifest something that you want through visualizing your goals during the meditation. The main focus is on your goals.
How to meditate?
Select a time :- There is no specific time for meditation but meditating early in the morning will be more beneficial as at that time there are less number of thoughts in your mind so you can easily control your thoughts. . You can also mediate whenever you feels low, stressful or depressive.
Choose a quiet spot :- Choose a place that is free of disturbances and noise. Turn off your phone,
television and other disturbances.
Position :- You can sit cross-legged on the floor or chair as long as you feel that you can sit comfortably for several minutes. Make sure that your backbone is straight.
Focus on your breathing :- You can start your meditation simply by focusing on your breathing. Take deep breaths and then exhale slowly. Pay attention to how each breath feels.

Zero thought state :-
Zero thought state is that state of mind where no thoughts are generated. In this sate you just observe things around you and feels it through your senses.
While focusing on your breathing, your mind comes to a stage where no thoughts comes to your mind. That state of mind is called 'zero thought state'
You can reach to this zero thought state by practicing the above technique daily on a regular interval. Remember that it is difficult but not impossible. Once you reaches to this zero thought state, then you can read others mind and can control your body temperature. You can also hear what others are saying in their mind but it needs a lot of practice and consistency.
What is an aura?
According to spiritual beliefs, an aura is an electromagnetic energy field that surrounds the body of every living organisms. Different persons have different aura. You must have notice that sometimes you likes a person without even knowing him. This is because your aura matches with the aura of that person. You also have noticed that sometimes you declare a person good, confident without knowing him. This is also because of aura.
When your aura is healthy you feels energetic and confident all the time and everyone instantly likes you. Whenever you feels good and happy your aura automatically becomes high. Whenever you feels sad, your aura becomes low.
Here I will give you some tips through which you can increase your aura :-
-Listen your favorite music
-Do your favorite work
-Don't go to places like railway tracks, cemetry(Shamshaan ghaat) etc.
-Take hot shower bath
-Practice meditation
-Visit holy places
